Attempt three...

so I baked some more cupcake, these ones are called 'New Years Eve Confetti Cupcake' 

'Welcome the New Year in with confetti. The crushed candies in the cupcake will look like confetti when you bite into them.'

I know New Year has passed but due to my fussy taste there's not many more cupcakes in this book that I like, which is good news for my stepdad because I'm willing to make ones I don't like if everyone else eats them but not good news for my mum as my stepdad might put even more weight one... oh well...

My cupcakes tasted pretty delicious, I put some sort of choco bean candy inside them and hundreds and thousands on top so not quite confetti.The topping however went wrong, again! It's called '4 minute confetti frosting' and involves sugar and egg white amongst over things. However the result despite me doing exactly as the recipe says was extremely sugary frosting, you could see and taste A LOT of sugar. I'm not complaining and neither did anyone else really because everyone likes sugar, but i don't think everyones dentists will be too impressed.

By the way if anyone actually reads this and is intrigued by any of these cupcakes just leave a comment and I'll happily pass on the ingredients and instructions.
