I haven't wrote on here for over 2 months now, but I have still been baking.
So over the next couple of days I'm going to update with the other cakes that I have been baking...
My step dad requested a cupcake called 'White Chocolate & Raspberry Cupcakes' the only thing is that it's impossible to find raspberry liqueur or raspberry syrup.
So we decided to use strawberries instead.
My mum bought the ingredients for me and purchased the most disgusting little shrivelled up things I've ever seen known as 'dried strawberries' I followed the recipe which is made of cake with white chocolate and strawberries and a topping of 'raspberry butter cream frosting' I'm not a fan of dried up fruit so I'll be honest I didn't try one.
The rest of my family did however and gobbled them all up, the only thing is that I don't really advise using dried strawberries in a small cupcake, they don't look all that appetising and are apparently mega chewy.
White chocolate cake though is extremely tasty.
