When you look at a Cupcake, you've got to smile...

I've always wanted to blog and have a trillion followers, but I've never had anything to blog about.

I wouldn't say my life is in any way interesting, and whilst setting this up and browsing through other blogs I've realised that my life is actually far from interesting...

Every week there's something else I want to do...

'I want to own a fancy dress shop'

'I want to write a book'

'I want to run a hotel'

'I want to work in a nursery'

Well you get the idea, and I never follow any of them through...

For Christmas I received a Cupcake book, I hate cooking with a passion I once nearly set the microwave on fire by cooking a yorkshire pudding whilst it was still in foil... therefore I don't think I should cook... but I think baking would be different. I'd love to be able to bake and yes you guessed it I'd love to open a bakery, but it would specialise in cupcakes...

The point I'm trying to make is that I've decided to blog... about cupcakes, or just cakes in general. A bit like 'Julie & Julia' but without the crying and cooking of live lobsters. That's the plan anyway, but there is a humungous chance that like with everything else I will have changed my mind in a week...
